What is your actual test pyramid ratio in practice — unit, integration, E2E?

The classic answer is 70% unit / 20% integration / 10% E2E. But I've never worked on a team that actually hits that ratio. In practice, most teams I've seen are either: - Heavy on E2E ("we just write Playwright tests for everything") - Heavy on unit ("we mock everything and have no integration confidence") What's your actual ratio, what type of project is it, and do you think your current balance is correct? Bonus: has your team ever explicitly decided on a target ratio, or has it just evolved?
