Resolved

Currently, the first option is being selected as the default answer for every question. Please randomize the default answer selection so that the correct/selected option is not consistently the first option. This will make the game more realistic and prevent users from identifying a predictable answer pattern.

Resolution

Fixed: answer options in Flaky Triage are now shuffled every time a puzzle starts, so the correct answer can appear in any position.
