Scroll-container/layout issue - Feed page left and right sections are not scrollable

Module: Feed Description: On the Feed page, the page is divided into left, middle, and right sections. The middle Feed section supports vertical/endless scrolling as expected. However, the left and right sections are not independently scrollable when their content exceeds the visible viewport. As a result, users cannot access content located below the visible area of the left and right sections. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to the Feed page. 2. Observe the three-column layout: left sidebar, middle Feed, and right sidebar. 3. Ensure the left/right sections contain content extending beyond the visible viewport. 4. Place the cursor/focus over the left section and attempt to scroll vertically. 5. Repeat the same action over the right section. 6. Observe the scrolling behavior. Actual Result: The middle Feed section scrolls vertically/endlessly. The left section does not scroll. The right section does not scroll. Content extending beyond the visible viewport in the side sections cannot be accessed through scrolling. Expected Result: Each section should provide appropriate vertical scrolling when its content exceeds the available viewport height. The middle section should retain its existing endless/infinite scrolling behavior, while the left and right sections should allow users to access their complete content through vertical scrolling. Impact: Users may be unable to access navigation, profile, recommendations, or other content located below the visible area of the side sections. This creates inconsistent scrolling behavior across the Feed layout and can make some UI content inaccessible.
