[Testathon] Add feature of "Taken" against already taken testathon quiz

Currently, when a user has already participated in a Testathon, there is no clear indication that they have previously taken that particular Testathon. This can make it difficult for existing members, as well as new users exploring the platform, to identify which Testathons they have already completed. Proposed Feature Add a clear “Taken” label (or another meaningful status such as “Already Taken” or “Completed”) against a Testathon that the user has previously attempted. For example: Testathon Name — Taken ✓ More details: - When a user has already taken a specific Testathon, display a “Taken” status against that Testathon. - The status should be specific to the individual user. - If the user has not taken the Testathon before, no “Taken” status should be displayed. - The existing XP calculation and Testathon behavior should remain unchanged unless there is a separate business rule for repeat attempts. Also, if user want to retake any testathon quiz they can but XP calculation should not be consider as per the platform criteria. Would love to hear thoughts here.
